Formal roles, rights and responsibilities of Board Members for Xalgorithms Foundation are described and established in the Foundation’s bylaws. They receive no compensation as Board Members, but may be reimbursed for direct expenses required by their service.
Membership on the Board involves people in their individual capacities. Their guidance is shaped and inspired by their respective insights and views, which may or may not reflect the official stances of other organizations in which they happen to work.
