Generic Rule Publishing Requirements

Xalgorithms Alliance expects any rule package to comprise five elements:

1. The expression of an algorithm via Unicode confirmant characters in Xalgo form, which consists of generic tables and generic operators on tables. (See also “Understanding the Purpose of Xalgo“.);
2. URL (a Uniform Resource Locator, which is independent of the object);
3. DOI (a Digital Object Identifier, which is independent of the location);
4. Version control (to be specified shortly);
5. Description of the algorithm’s copyright and license information via RDF (Resource Description Framework). (See also CC REL.)
