External Advisors

External Advisors are individuals whose intellectual and/or organizational contributions would result in significant benefits relating to the mission of Xalgorithms Alliance.  They receive no compensation as External Advisors, but may be reimbursed for direct expenses required by their service.

An individual can be designated an External Advisor upon adding his or her signature to a nomination form issued by the Board. This designation is retained at the discretion of the Board.

External Advisors can be invited by the Board to attend or speak at meetings of members, but they do not vote, and generally do not receive notice of or attend such meetings.
